A week of supportive asana's to soothe and encourage emotional stability, while allowing a deeper exploration of each pose.
We will tap further into your breath with Pranayama. This week our focus will be Viloma. A breath that expands, lengthens, and pauses ( Kumbhaka) the breath.

CHAIR YOGA

Paschimottanasana
Intense stretch to the West.
Stretching from the heels to the head.
This pose sometimes requires a prompt to lift the sternum to lengthen the spine, by drawing the shoulders away from the ears and working the dorsal spine slightly forward.
Now this is established Eric is free to work on the action of the legs.
