Great catching up with my 9yr old grandson Bos yesterday, just before he went to play his football game for his club Oratia United. Like all the grandchildren Bos is excelling and loving his sporting activities. So proud of you young man Poppa 😎⚽️💙

Fabulous time this morning watching my grandchildren Madi Rae and TJ playing their under 8yrs Rugby League match against Ponsonby at Victoria Park. So proud of them both, Madi, aggressive as ever and 6yr old TJ punching well above his age with the bigger children. Both definitely showing both their dad’s and mum’s sporting genes. 👏💙🏉

Great training this evening with my granddaughter’s (Madie Rae)Rugby League Glenora Little Bears under 8 yrs team. Also attending was my 6yr old grandson TJ, who also trained superbly. What a fabulous bunch of young boys and girls, so focused and motivated, it was my absolute pleasure team. Can’t wait to watch your game against Ponsonby on Saturday morning. Go hard team 👏👍🏉

Hi everyone, meet 49yr old Ben Croxford, Ben from the age of 18 to 28 played Rugby League for the Howick Club as a centre, out in East Auckland and continues to play touch rugby which he has done most of his sporting career. Now Ben has a new goal in his sights. The 60 and 100metres sprints at the next years World Masters Athletic Championships being held in Kansai Japan 🇯🇵in the 50 to 54yrs age group in May of next year. Ben is progressing extremely well and is ticking all the boxes in his build up to this coming 2026 - 2027 Auckland Athletics Season for his preparation for Japan. Ben has extremely fast leg speed, absolutely focused and adapts very well to new technique and training changes. I firmly believe this 49yr old “athletic” novice will definitely make his presence felt in the Master sprint events this coming Auckland athletic season. Top stuff Ben my Man, I can’t wait to see all your training and preparations put into action. Steve “The Old Man” 😎👏👍

Fabulous to have my 2nd American based University athlete back home for her summer break.Talented 22yr old Anna Tucker who specialises in the 400m and is based at the Mississippi Christian University popped straight back into our routine training methods this afternoon. So cool to have you back home Anna, one happy “old fella” champion. ❤️😎👏

13yrs of the most enjoyable and successful training partnership together continues for the next 3mths. Super talented Nadia Evans (Ginger Flash) is home on her summer break from the USA and it is back to business as usual at the Bays Athletics Track at the AUT Millennium. From a young 8yr old talented young girl through to the now a 21yr old champion young woman. So so proud of you Nadia and so so proud of your 13yrs trust in our trainings and guidance together.
