How has the year been so far for you?
Have you achieved what you wanted?
Have you spent enough time with the people that are special to you or doing the things you love?
At mid-year it’s a good time to reflect on what you started out to achieve at the beginning of the year and where you’ve got to.
No shaming yourself though! If you're feeling good about the year so far congratulate yourself.
If you feel you’ve been a bit slow or things have gone off the rails that’s okay. There is still another 6 months of the year to go yet.
There’s no shame in starting again or adjusting your direction.
Do make a choice though, what would you like to focus on for the rest of the year? What will give you the greatest pleasure?
I’m not talking about gratification, but what would make you smile most days if you were doing it or being it?
Winter is the time to reflect to slow down and rest. Make the time. Choose and act.
