🏀 Yesterday we held our first intra-class basketball competition! A huge thank you to Coach Lou for organising and running the event.

It was fantastic to see players putting their skills into action, showing teamwork, sportsmanship, and plenty of enthusiasm on the court. These friendly competitions are a great way for participants to challenge themselves and celebrate their progress.

This is just the beginning — all of our basketball and volleyball classes will be taking part in intra-class competitions throughout the week. We can't wait to see everyone get involved and have fun! 🏐🏀👏

🏸 Badminton – $23 Peak | $18 Non-Peak

Peak Hours:
Mon–Fri 4PM–10PM | Sat–Sun 9AM–10PM

Non-Peak Hours:
Mon–Fri 9AM–4PM

We were proud to support the “Whiria Te Tangata” Youth Peace Sports Day here at Synergy Sports — a kaupapa all about weaving people together through connection, inclusion, and sport. 💙

It was awesome to see rangatahi from different backgrounds come together, step outside their comfort zones, back each other, and simply enjoy being active together.

That’s the power of sport — creating spaces where young people feel welcomed, supported, and connected without judgement.

Big thanks to the International Peace Youth Group for bringing this meaningful event to life at Synergy Sports.
