Here’s my upper body workout from today:

Arnold Press — 8 sets x 8 reps
Shoulder Press — 8 sets x 8 reps
Lateral Raises — 8 sets x 8 reps
Upper Back Row — 8 sets x 8 reps
Y Raises — 8 sets x 8 reps

This workout got me 🔥😅😅

My home gym is almost ready, and with that, I wanted to share what’s been happening lately.

After working as an online coach for the past 5 years, I feel like it’s time for a new chapter. While I absolutely love online coaching, I realized I was missing the human connection. The whole reason I started this platform was to help women overcome self-doubt, build confidence, wear whatever they want, feel their best, look their best, and become the most confident version of themselves.

After taking a little break, I spent a lot of time thinking about what I truly wanted to create next. I realized I don’t just want to coach women - I want to build a community where women support, inspire, and grow together.

That’s why I’m building a space where I can work more closely with the women I help. I’m officially starting my women’s in-person program alongside my 1-on-1 coaching, and I honestly couldn’t be more excited for this new journey.

And don’t worry if you’re from Australia, Canada, the US, or anywhere else in the world, my online coaching isn’t going anywhere! 🤍 You can still join the online program just as you always have. 😃
