A meeting of Auckland Council’s governing body was thrown into disarray this morning with the release of a bombshell letter over moving speedway from Western Springs.

A Horrible incident at Cilli Bowl on Wednesday night (Tulsa time) which saw driver Ashton Torgerson ejected from his car during a crash.
Torgerson seems to be ok after the incident and is still undergoing tests in hospital.
This incident brings back memories of a tragic event at the Springs back in 2000 involving Robert Leonard.

How can Allard be classed as an international driver when he has been based here for so many years.
Someone needs to loosen their purse strings and get some real American drivers over here.

The gates are open tomorrow night for unlimited spectators at the Springs tomorrow night.
Will be great to get trackside and see some racing.
Will a certain sprintcar driver be back for the last meeting after being stood down but they saying he's not racing due to an injury.
I see a certain midget is back racing again with a new driver after the last driver got told the sponsor wanted the engine back and the season was over.

This might add a bit more entertainment to the Springs or BayPark.

Some good racing last night but the Livestream is crap compared to being there live.
