First up, our Premier Netball team takes on Waitakere College in the Semifinals—a team we edged out last week! If you haven't been out to a game yet, now is the time to come down, rep KGC hard, and show your support (always keeping our school values at the forefront!).

🏀 Basketball Update: Our Basketball team has a BYE this coming week! Enjoy the well-deserved rest, girls - recharge and we go again!

🏆 THREE WINS FOR KGC SPORT! 🏆

Yesterday was an incredible day for our athletes, and today we’re keeping the celebration going! Huge congratulations to all three teams for representing KGC with pride and determination:

🏐 Premier Netball — Took the victory in a tough matchup against Mt Roskill Grammar School!

🏉 League Team — Came out on top to take out their tournament!

🏐 Senior 2 Netball — Fought hard to win their final, securing 5th place overall in their grade!

We know that sport is more than getting up and moving—it’s about resilience, teamwork, developing life skills, and building character.

A massive mihi to our awesome coaches, managers, TICs, and our Department of Sport for all the hours, hard work, and support behind the scenes. We couldn't do it without you! 👏

Come down next Monday, 27th July, to support our First XV rugby team as they take on Aorere College!

To make the game even better, we’ll be running a Sausage Sizzle & Bake Stall Fundraiser right on the sidelines. Grab a hot sausage sizzle or some sweet treats to enjoy while cheering on the girls!

All proceeds from the stalls will go directly to our sports department to cover essential costs. Every sausage and cupcake you buy directly ensures our teams and sports services can continue thriving!

Where: Kelston Girls' College (Look for us set up on the outskirts of the field!)
