It offers us more than just transport; it provides a sense of belonging, deep-rooted friendships, fierce competition, and the courage for new beginnings and how to persevere until we really have 'got this!'

Finding balance in a world that currently feels like a high-budget action movie nobody asked for is an art form. When the sky gets loud and the news cycle is a constant hum of chaos, "normality" becomes the ultimate luxury.

For me, that sanity is found on the bike. As the sun rises over Dubai, the noise of the world—missiles and all—fades into the background, replaced by the steady rhythm of tires on the pavement.

I am grateful for this city and the world-class facilities that allow us to disconnect to reconnect. It turns out cycling is the best kind of medicine: it’s good for the body, essential for the mind.
