Talent Show 🥇🏆⭐️
I was honoured to be invited to be a judge at Birkdale North School talent show!
I was blown away by the confidence and talent of all the students, especially since they all only had a couple of weeks to prepare! A big thanks to Caroline, one of the lovely teachers at the school for inviting me. It was a fantastic experience all around and wonderful to be able to go out into our community, connect with new people and lend a hand 😊💜

Guessing my age! 👵🏼🫢
Last week, someone in our Junior Hip Hop class asked how old I was, so of course I started filming 😅
Our dance classes are about more than just learning routines. They’re about building connection, confidence, and having fun! 💜

⭐️Dancer of the Week⭐️
Our next Dancer of the Week is Erin! Erin has only been dancing with us in Senior Hip Hop for a few weeks, and I’ve already been so impressed with her. Coming from a mainly ballet background, it can sometimes be challenging to adapt to the different style and performance quality that hip hop requires, but you would never know Erin hasn’t been doing hip hop for years! 🙌
I was especially blown away by the way Erin finished last week’s routine! Erin interpreted my instruction and the choreography exactly as intended and executed it with confidence, creativity, and great performance quality.
Keep up the amazing work, Erin 🤩🫶

Throwing it back to this magical Disco Unicorn birthday party from a few weeks ago! 🦄🪩✨
I’m always so excited to be invited to be apart of a kids birthday party! I built a special class just for this party, with themed exercise’s, a short dance the birthday girl’s favourite songs and lots of props to keep everyone engaged. We all had a blast 🤩

Our next Dancer of the Week is Sorsha, because she made multiple self-corrections in Contemporary/Lyrical last week 🙌
One of my teaching priorities is to help my students become self-aware dancers. To understand what they’re doing, why they’re doing it and what to do when they make a mistake/mess up!

Bachelorette Party 💃🪩🎉
I was excited to be ask to take a class for a bachelorette party recently. I choreographed a original routine to one of the bride-to-be’s favourite songs!
It was such a fun, empowering class and everybody did incredibly. Especially those who had little to no dance background 👏👏👏
The bachelorette parties I have done in the past were burlesque based so it was lots of fun to work on a hip hop/commercial class for this group!
