Parnell Lawn Tennis Club Opening Day 2026–2027

Hi Everyone,

You're warmly invited to join us as we officially launch the 2026–2027 tennis season at Parnell Lawn Tennis Club!

- Date: Sunday 30th August 2026 - Tournament: 12:30pm – 3:30pm
- Official Opening Ceremony: 3:45pm

We'll also be holding our annual Stan & Kitty Tong Opening Day Tournament, a great afternoon of tennis, club spirit and catching up with fellow members as we celebrate the start of another exciting season.

During & Following the tournament, we'll have:
- A tasting of fine wines from EuroVintage
- A tasting of Canyon Brewing's Aperol Spritz
- Prize Giving & Spot Prizes
- A relaxed afternoon celebrating the start of the new season

What a fantastic day we shared at the Richard Unkovich Triples Tournament!

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated and helped make the tournament such a fun, friendly, and memorable event. It was wonderful to see great tennis, plenty of laughs, and the outstanding sportsmanship that makes our club so special.

A very special thank you to Liz Bell for all her hard work organising the delicious lunch and nibbles throughout the day. Your efforts were greatly appreciated by everyone and helped make the event even more enjoyable.

🎾 Richard Unkovich Triples Tournament – A Fun Day for Everyone! 🎾

Looking for a great day of tennis, food, and club camaraderie?

Join us at Parnell Lawn Tennis Club on Saturday 18 July for the annual Richard Unkovich Triples Tournament.

This popular event is open to all playing levels, with the Club Manager selecting the triples teams to ensure a fun and social day for everyone. Your entry includes a delicious grazing lunch, prizes across all draws, and some drinks provided throughout the day.

Once the tennis wraps up, stick around and relax with fellow members as we watch the All Blacks take on Ireland live at the club.
