🔥 WEEK 5 IS HERE! 🔥
This week the progressions keep building, with longer work periods, shorter recoveries, tempo training and more time under load. Expect to be challenged physically and mentally as we continue to develop strength, fitness and movement quality.
⚡ HIIT – Longer work, less rest. Build repeat sprint ability and learn to perform under fatigue.
💪 Hyper UB – Tempo reps make their debut! Slow it down to improve control, shoulder stability and upper body strength.
🏆 PODIUM – The pressure ramps up. Longer work windows, higher targets and a bigger focus on pacing, teamwork and performance under fatigue.
🏋️ Strength M – Tempo reps increase time under tension, helping build stronger lifts, better control and improved technique.
❤️ Cardio U (A) – Longer efforts with quicker transitions to boost aerobic capacity and help you maintain a steady output through fatigue.
🦵HIRT LB – A brand new lower-body focused HIRT session combining strength and conditioning to develop power, resilience and repeatable performance.
