Our beautiful team of Hot Pilates legends πβ¨ π₯Showing up, putting the effort in, strength from the inside out. There is so much strength in mindfulness, taking time through movement rather than rushing, alongside using the power and depth of your breath. Find your strength, the positive power within, there is so much there. Put yourself in the position where you get to tap into it π

For now, we say ciao ciao to Leon the Ledge! He has been with us for AGES (Lou originally hunted him down from the City, knowing he would be a fab instructor for Well Trained) and we really do appreciate his commitment to travelling to the Studio from north Auckland to teach, and for always giving it his all. Leon teaches from the heart. He is so genuine and truly wants people to enjoy the Hot Pilates experience and do well.
Leon has always been up for fun, he's been a Hot Pilates Santa, taught a whole class in a Halloween mask (π€£π€£) and been Batman for our Superhero Themed class π¦
Due to more commitments he now has, you'll catch him around for covers, yet for now we wish him a fond farewell and THANKYOU from our community β€οΈβπ₯

We are welcoming Tiaan onto the Well Trained Instructor team! π₯³ Look out for her on the schedule, she previously has completed a Pilates course and then took the in house Instructor Training with us this year.
She has a bold, calm and confident Instructing style, with structured class plans, and brings a following!
Congrats Tiaan on putting the hard work in, powering through the practice classes, and each class will only get better and better.

Yoga and Pilates provide significant benefits for physical and mental health, including increased core strength, improved flexibility, better posture, reduced stress, and lower injury risk via improving balance and body awareness.
We have many classes that help build a strong core (powerhouse strength: comprising of the abdominals, back, hips and pelvic muscles) providing a stable foundation for movement, reducing lower back pain and enhancing overall functionaliry of your body.
All of our classes are low-impact, accessible, and emphasize mindful, controlled movement.
