We may not have had our usual big crew at Stealth Grappling – Auckland Regionals II on Sunday, but we’re incredibly proud of everyone who stepped on the mats.

This year our focus is on preparing for bigger international goals, so we’re being selective about the competitions we enter.

A massive congratulations to everyone who stepped up and represented …especially our medal winners. 🥇🥈🥉 We’re proud of the effort you all put in.

Win, lose or draw, every competition is another chance to learn and get better. 🖤👊

What a day for Team Daredevil at the Pacific Open Gi/No-Gi in Tauranga. 👊

We finished as #1 Overall Team and Best Academy, bringing home:

🥇 12 Gold
🥈 11 Silver
🥉 3 Bronze

The results are awesome, but we’re just as proud of the way our team represented Daredevil throughout the day.

Competing takes courage. It means stepping outside your comfort zone, testing yourself and being willing to learn, whether your hand gets raised or not.

To everyone who made the trip down to Tauranga — competitors, coaches and parents — thank you. These days don’t happen without the support of the whole team.

Some athletes came home with medals. Others came home with valuable lessons. Both are important.

Most importantly, we saw teammates supporting teammates, good sportsmanship, and people giving their best effort. That’s what Daredevil is all about.

Proud of every single one of you. Now let’s get back on the mats and keep building. 💙👊

Our Competition Camp may be sold out, but this camp is just as important 👊

Not every child wants to compete, and that’s completely fine.

This Holiday Camp is focused on the things that help kids improve the most — building solid fundamentals, gaining confidence, learning new skills, getting quality mat time, and having fun along the way.

For many kids, this is where some of the biggest improvements happen.

Over three mornings we’ll be working on:

🤼 Sparring games
💪 Position training and live rounds
😄 Plenty of fun with the team
