A few of our hardworking pieces of equipment have officially earned their retirement...
โก๏ธ New adjustable skipping rope - after the previous rope bravely served the gym for a few months before meeting its untimely end. This one can be adjusted to suit your height, so no excuses now.
โก๏ธ New warm-up resistance band โ a replacement for the band that finally gave up after plenty of use. A reminder that these are designed for warm-ups and activation work to help keep them around a little longer.
โก๏ธ New ankle cable attachments โ a very overdue upgrade that your glutes, hips and hamstrings will definitely appreciate.
We love seeing our equipment getting used, and we're always working behind the scenes to keep the gym stocked, maintained and ready for your next session. ๐ช

Consistency was the theme of May.
- Mike, Joseph, and Chandan topped the leaderboard with a perfect 31 visits from 31 days. No missed days, just a solid routine built over the month.
Priscilla and Carley followed closely behind with 28 visits each.
A good reminder that progress is usually less about perfect workouts and more about consistently showing up. ๐๐ช

A huge congratulations to everyone who took part in our May Step Challenge! It was awesome seeing so many of you getting out, moving more, and racking up those steps throughout the month. ๐

Meet Toby!๐ Weโre excited to welcome the newest face to the team - Toby, bringing 10 years of training experience and a real passion for helping people get the most out of their bodies.
"In a world that makes it easy to be sedentary, staying active is more important than ever. My goal as your PT is simple: to help you move better, feel stronger, and achieve whatever you're working towards. Because exercise isn't just about how you look, it's about what you learn along the way.
Iโve been training for 10 years and Iโve made plenty of mistakes so you donโt have to. My journey started with doing bodyweight exercises in my room before school, then soon evolved into weightlifting, diving deep into bodybuilding and learning what actually drives results. More recently, my passion has expanded to include mobility and coordination, because whatโs the point of building a strong body if it canโt move freely for years to come?
