SPORTS CAMP GLADIATORS FINAL RESULT:
6th out of 10 teams 🏉

We fell short with converting our semis into finals and it just wasn’t our day on the scoreboard, but the numbers only tell half the story.
Our students held their heads high and completely upheld our team expectations. There is something truly special about our Glen Eden team culture. The resilience they show time and time again is incredible. Yes, there were tears and laughter and all the emotions, but we love it because it shows just how competitive we are and the sheer effort and preparation we put into this campaign. 💪🔥

We had our students reflect on their week and share what they would change, what they could’ve done better and what they enjoyed. It’s in these exact moments where we all learn something valuable about each other and ourselves.

To our Families: The sacrifices you have made to give your child these opportunities have not gone unnoticed. We deeply appreciate your support and commitment to what we do.

To our Parent Helpers: I think I’m more tired from all the laughter and stories shared this week than the actual sports. Thank you for everything, and especially for making the time to truly connect with our students.

Last week, we had a great day at the Auckland Champs Orienteering held at Western Springs. A huge congratulations to all the students who competed, it was a fantastic day out in the sun.

We also want to extend a massive thank you to our parents. Without your help with transportation and logistics, these opportunities simply wouldn't be possible for our students. We truly appreciate you giving up your time to support the team. Thank you Mr Henderson for being our lead teacher and organising the team.
