Awesome Open Mat on Saturday so many fun rolls and some old Will Machado faces . We will be looking at doing this a few times a year .

Our little forge team went hard yesterday at the Stealth Grappling Comp so happy with how you all represented the club . Their was no quit in anyone and your skills were on show .
All our juniors in there first comp were outstanding with Aria - gold Yuki - Bronze and the rest more than impressed me with there BJJ .
Our adults were awesome with Liam working through some tough opponents to get Bronze and my high light of the day Preston showing a master class of BJJ with some hard opponents to take gold also a 9 second finish . The work Preston has put into his comps this year has been outstanding and it showed on the mat .
Awesome rolls last night but we still have Saturday Gi Open Mat 10am - 11am
