Results are in … Ashburton are the Midlands Division 1 Champions for a second year! 🏆
Congrats to our team of grinners - Lee Barker, Kendall Sparrow, Steve “please don’t use that photo” Leckie, Sam Shearer, Steve Hands, Katrina Palmer, Karlie Cornish and Rae Ross.
A convincing 13-3 win over Methven in the final to take the winners flag.
Shout out to the rest of the Div 1 teams, Timaru and Mayfield for joining us in Ashburton for finals night, with Mayfield taking 3rd spot over Timaru.

To summarise:
1) After every game of winter league you update your position.
2) It is the player’s responsibility to make the changes (no one else)
3) Club champs may or may not be ranked based on the ladder! So make sure you do it!
