Just a wee shout out to my wonderful yogis. I'm so proud of you all for showing up for yourselves. It's hard in winter to haul yourself away from the warmth and comfort of your homes to allow yourself to move, relax and give your mind and body a break.

Tuesday 11 August class cancelled.
Sorry all but we are off to Dunedin again for Ella's Plumbing Block course. I have cancelled the class on the app and those that had booked will receive a credit. Sorry for any inconvenience, do a bit of home practice and work on the challenges! See you in a couple of weeks.
