I had a very special stay at Mukti Yoga Retreat for the 7 day 8 night detox cleanse. Yam and his family treated me with so much care, and the yoga classes with Sailesh Acharya and Prakriti were amazing and there was a big variety; I learnt about mantra chanting, did candle gazing which I loved, deepened my knowledge about different yoga and meditation practices, and received amazing massages and steam baths.

The detox was just what I needed, and it included a day of silence which Yam guided me through, and I really enjoyed it (they also do the same programme without the detox fyi!) The detox included amazing juices - and when I wasn’t fasting, the food was incredible. The bedrooms were super comfy and big, and lovely warm showers in the cold months :)

Mukti yoga is a really special place, if you’re thinking of booking, do it!
