“Examples are set to inspire, not to be forgotten.” During today’s practice, we shared the story of Jenisha Shrestha with our U-19 aspiring athletes, highlighting how grounded and hardworking she has always been.

Girls were pumped up after that. Inspirational indeed. In frame, Aanshee giri and many young girls like her still look up-to jenisha at the academy as their idol. It has always been the “One Dream”.

There’s a comma or even an exclamation mark after some period for grassroot development of a junior athlete. But watching this girl still pushing her limits in training every single day is beyond our explanation.

God knows where she brings her motivation from but it certainly is adding to her portfolio. May god bless you with more powers Aashra. Keep going.

Every shoe tells their own story. It makes us remind about our journey that we had been through all these years. The high and the lows, the great and the worst, the tears and the joy. Everything. Your story tells a story. And when it does, make sure you feel proud of how far you have come. One Dream.

Many young athlete’s today take games seriously but ignore practice. They show up when the crowd is watching but lose focus when it’s time to put in the unseen work.

But remember the work you do when nobody is watching will always determine how you perform when everyone is. Take practice as seriously as the game. That’s how a true athlete separate themselves. One Dream.

Work is mandatory. Talent is optional. You can have all the talent and skill in the world, but without consistent work, it will simply sit there and rust away. One Dream.
