Simple steps:
1. Download UN-asign app for Android/iphone/windows - links below and do registeration
2. Click photo and enter brief description eg. Hospital name, place name, Kathmandu
3. If internet available press send or cancel to send it later
4. Send offline saved photo from Photo Library with internet access.
