More than fabric, it can carry memory, love, grief, survival, and resistance.
KINARA: What Were You Wearing, Ma? is a multidisciplinary fashion exhibition supported by the British Council's Equal Together Gender Grants.
The exhibition transforms intimate stories into garments, portraits, films, and oral histories. Through these works, Project Kinara reclaims clothing as a vessel of memoryโinviting us to witness stories that deserve to be seen, heard, and remembered.
