रोजगारी, अध्ययन, व्यापार, उपचार वा अन्य कुनै आवश्यक कामका लागि भारत जाने योजना बनाइरहनुभएको छ भने, आफ्नो नेपाली नागरिकता वा राहदानी (पासपोर्ट) साथमा राख्न नबिर्सनुहोस्।

धेरै नेपालीहरू सीमा पार गर्दा जन्मदर्ता प्रमाणपत्र मात्र बोकेर यात्रा गर्ने गरेको देखिन्छ। तर भारत पुगेपछि बैंक खाता खोल्न, PAN Card वा अन्य आवश्यक कागजात बनाउन, अस्पतालको सेवा लिन, रोजगारसँग सम्बन्धित प्रक्रिया पूरा गर्न तथा सरकारी वा निजी सेवाहरू प्राप्त गर्न फोटोसहितको आधिकारिक परिचयपत्र आवश्यक पर्न सक्छ।

उचित परिचयपत्र नहुँदा धेरै नेपालीहरूले अनावश्यक झन्झट, समयको बर्बादी तथा विभिन्न कानुनी र प्रशासनिक कठिनाइहरूको सामना गर्नुपरेको अनुभव सुनाउने गरेका छन्।

🇳🇵🇮🇳 Traffic congestion in Nepal: A growing urban policy challenge 🇳🇵🇮🇳

Nepal 🇳🇵 is currently experiencing a steadily intensifying urban traffic challenge that extends well beyond daily inconvenience. What was once regarded as a routine urban issue has now evolved into a structural concern with significant implications for productivity, mobility, and overall urban livability.

This growing challenge cannot be attributed solely to the increasing number of vehicles on the road. Rather, it reflects a deeper structural imbalance between rapidly expanding private vehicle ownership, insufficient public transportation systems, and underdeveloped urban infrastructure.

Despite comparatively high vehicle costs—where a car priced at approximately INR 🇮🇳 10 lakh in India 🇮🇳 may cost NPR 36–45 lakh in Nepal 🇳🇵, and motorcycles priced between INR 🇮🇳 50,000 and 1 lakh may reach NPR 3–4.5 lakh locally—private vehicle ownership continues to rise. In many households, ownership of multiple motorcycles or even cars has become increasingly common, further adding pressure to already limited road capacity.

This trend highlights an important policy gap: pricing alone is not sufficient to regulate vehicle usage in the absence of reliable, efficient, and accessible public transport alternatives. In such a context, citizens are naturally inclined toward private mobility options, which in turn intensifies urban congestion.

At the core of the issue lies a public transportation system that remains underdeveloped and fragmented. Inadequate service reliability, limited comfort, and lack of integration reduce its attractiveness compared to private vehicles. When combined with constrained road expansion, weak parking enforcement, and rapid urbanization, the result is persistent congestion across major urban centers.

Priority should be given to the development of reliable mass transit systems, including modern bus networks and future-ready rail-based solutions. Complementary reforms such as smart traffic management systems, strict parking enforcement, and policies encouraging decentralized urban growth are equally essential.

Ultimately, traffic congestion in Nepal 🇳🇵 should not be viewed solely as a transport issue, but as a broader governance and urban planning challenge. Without coordinated and sustained policy intervention, the situation is likely to deteriorate further in the years ahead.

This is a highly sensitive matter, and it should be assessed not on emotional reactions or assumptions, but strictly on the basis of evidence, impartial investigation, and due legal process. 🇳🇵🤝🇮🇳
If such allegations are confirmed or disproven through investigation, all facts should be made public in a transparent, fair, and lawful manner. The core purpose of the justice system is the pursuit of truth, and therefore it is essential to remain free from pressure, bias, or external influence. 🇳🇵🤝🇮🇳
Similarly, it is necessary to clearly distinguish between an institution—whether religious, social, or international in nature—and the personal actions of individuals associated with it. This approach not only helps preserve institutional integrity but also supports fairness and clarity in the judicial process. 🇳🇵🤝🇮🇳
Ultimately, a society grounded in transparency, truthfulness, self-reflection, and fair judicial processes can sustain trust, harmony, and long-term stability. 🇳🇵🤝🇮🇳
