Your doctor says you’re fine but you don’t feel fine…
Labs come back in range. One draw, one number, checked against a range based on an unhealthy population, and that’s the end of the conversation.
Here’s the piece most people never get told. A thyroid panel is a single frame of a moving picture. Hormones shift with stress, sleep, the seasons, cycle phase. One good number on one random Tuesday says very little about the direction things are heading.
I like a full panel 1 to 2 times a year, and I track how every marker moves across that time. The goal is catching a shift while it’s still small on paper, before it turns into a diagnosis.
There’s a second piece that gets missed even more often. About 90% of hypothyroidism cases are Hashimoto’s, an autoimmune pattern. Antibodies can climb for years underneath a TSH that still sits in range. That is what a full panel is for.
If a full panel isn’t doable right now for any reason, body temperature is a cheap starting gauge. Same time, first thing in the morning, before getting up, tracked for a couple of weeks. It gives you a signal worth bringing to whoever orders your labs.
The number on the page matters less than the direction it’s heading. Catch it before it becomes a trend.
And remember that just how nutrition and lifestyle is how we get unhealthy, nutrition and lifestyle is also how you GET and stay healthy 💪
One of the biggest reasons people stay stuck?
They keep changing solutions without changing strategy.
More supplements.
More diets.
More restrictions.
More frustration.
But if you don’t know what’s actually driving your symptoms, every new protocol is just another guess.
That’s why I created a free Gut Assessment.
Discover which digestive dysfunction pattern may be contributing to your symptoms and finally get clarity on where to start.
If you’re ready to actually fix it,
Comment ‘FIX’ and I’ll send it over.

Three months in. She was frustrated.
She told me ‘I’ve actually been doing really good with my meals’, and she was right. But the scale had barely moved. 1.6 kg.
And that number was starting to distract her from everything she’d been doing well.
Stressful weeks made consistency harder. And when consistency slipped, the scale felt even more personal.
It became this cycle where the one number she checked was the one number that couldn’t show what was actually happening.
So I told her, ‘before we change anything, I need to see updated photos and measurements.’ Because it had been three months since we got those done.
99 cm → 90.5 cm. 8.5 cm off her waist. The photos told the same story.
She messaged me saying the numbers were way better than expected. Which is EXACTLY why I don’t allow my clients to overly focus on the scale.
The energy you spend worrying about the scale? That should go toward getting more consistent every week.
Working through the hard days instead of ‘trying again’ every Monday without self-reflection.
Because when you focus on the process - getting consistent, the habits, the daily decisions - the results will follow. Every single time.
Your last coach sent you a meal plan and told you to ‘try again’ when you couldn’t stick to it. I’ll actually coach you through the roadblocks, the self-doubt, and pull you out of the scale-obsessed mindset.

Is Pilates a waste of time? 👀
Cravings in the evening are almost always a signal that something’s missing during the day - usually protein, usually food volume, usually structure.
The people who seem to have the most discipline around food don’t have more willpower.
They’ve built a life where they don’t need much of it.
And they just eat enough throughout the day ;)
That’s the difference.

New clients almost always start the same way: feeling like they should ‘avoid’ sugar, carbs, whatever they last read was ‘bad.’
Here’s what we do instead.
We add more of the good stuff.
You’ve probably already cut a lot. Gluten, then dairy, sugar, then you went low-fat, then low-carb, then keto for a month last year.
Every round helped for a few weeks and then stopped. The list of safe foods got shorter. The cravings got worse.
If you’ve been diet hopping for years, restriction is the only tool anyone ever handed you. Every new symptom gets met with another subtraction.
I have my clients to do the opposite.
Protein, carbs, fats, color, on every plate.
It feels scary the first week. Adding food back after years of cutting always does.
But just a few weeks in, you’ll feel less constant hunger and fewer cravings, better energy, better sleep and digestion.
Plus you’ll learn the biggest lesson: more food doesn’t equal fat gain. If you do it right ;)
SAVE this, read what to do on the last slide, and let me know how it goes

Her doctor ran a TSH, saw 'normal,' and never even looked at T4, T3, reverse T3, or TPOab.
'My doctor says I'm fine but I don't feel fine.' is about the standard message I get from both clients and people in my DM's when I post about thyroid stuff.
No one's asked about stress, diet history, symptoms, COMPLETE labs, or their current nutrition and lifestyle.
Most women I work with spent 5-10 years or more trying one diet after the next, while taking care of their kids, working, and burning the candle at both ends.
And while that does not automatically means they're hypothyroid, it's worth double-checking.
Because if they are, that's going to make it much more difficult to lose fat and get healthy. And if they're not? Good. Then at least they know for sure.
Here's the part that goes missing. Making thyroid hormone is one job. Converting it into the active form is another, and both watch your diet, stress, and lifestyle closely.
Live on low calories long enough and the body slows production and conversion down, which is actually just your body doing it's job.
Now run that on and off for 5-10+ years...
Eating less and moving more isn't going to cut it here.
This is why the first part of our RESTORE Method does the opposite of every diet you've tried so far.
Food goes up. Carbs too.
Training means weights, no excessive cardio.
Sleep, protein, nutrients, stress management...
Long enough to clear that scarcity signal your body's been receiving for way too long.
And long enough for your habits and routines to get consistent.
Poor nutrition and lifestyle is what drives disease.
Good nutrition and lifestyle helps you heal.
And that's the part I'll help you with.
