2026 has been pretty hectic so far and I've definitely missed posting here. Unfortunately time is really limited, so squeezing a workout feels top priority over creating content, when proper sleep is almost always out of the question lately.
Hopefully it won't be like this forever, so that's a little update and a little thank you to all of you checking up on me all these months🙏 I'm good, working a lot but preparing a whole new chapter with interesting updates (and tips😉) for you all.
It will take a little while but I'll be back, connecting with you all. Until then I'll do my best to check in here and then.
Keep growing, fitfam🔥

💥POST INJURY RECOVERY💥📝
If you’ve ever sustained an injury you know the anxiety of “when will I be able to return back to normal”. For me, the last month or so, this anxiety was double as I’ve been trying to heal a sprained ankle and a broken finger, on top of sleep deprivation and night shifts. No bueno.👎🏻
🗓️At the beginning of the year i tried to workout mostly on machines and it went okay-ish. Tonight was my first workout where i tried to work my grip and stability on free weights. Was it scary? Absolutely yes. Do i regret it? Absolutely no.🤗
📊The outcome: i have definitely lost strength and I definitely need some more weeks before I’m able to use my grip without pain. But there were a lot of wins too: my mind-to-muscle connection was great, my stamina was intact despite the weeks off regular training, and the feeling of enjoying my favourite sport, was there.
📌What did i learn? Myself a few years ago wouldn’t be able to enjoy the session as I’d view it as a setback. Myself a year ago wouldn’t be able to acknowledge the wins to their real proportions. Myself a few months ago wouldn’t be able to feel blessed that i can move my body, because i had taken it for granted. Myself 2 weeks ago wouldn’t be able to be as patient as i am now. Myself now, does all of these things, and for that i am grateful.
🏆Progress and evolution are never linear, never perfect and often look like an earthquake graph. Not because you grow backwards but because the dips among the peaks help you grow on the inside, and that’s worth embracing.
