Welcome to this headstand balance workshop open to all levels of Yoga practitioners. I have seen a seventy year old practice headstand for the first time and master it after just a few weeks. If you are curious about trying this pose then put your doubts aside since I know that you are capable. It is not the headstand itself but the process of practicing and what it teaches you that is the most valuable. In this workshop you will learn how to keep the body safe in an inversion balance, how it can help you not only in your practice but also your life. Welcome!

Tarot Workshop
En workshop er en veldig kort tid å lære kortene, men vi kommer til å dykke dypere i et par elementer ved tarotkortene. Det jeg først vil fokusere på er historien til draktene(sverd, staver, mynter og beger) i tillegg til å si litt om kortet til 2025 og dette årets energi. Jeg kommer også til å gjøre et legg, hvor dere kan velge et kort og når vi går gjennom det, koble deg på ditt korts energi. Dette blir veldig gøy!

Join Mats on this energetic workshop going deeper into Intermediate Vinyasa Technique.
In this 2,5 hour workshop Mats Onsum will focus on proper asana technique with an emphasis on inversions, arm balances and intermediate level postures. We will go through a warm-up Vinyasa Flow sequence before breaking down and exploring postures and movement principles. Come join the fun!

We have a new beautiful soundbath with Mor Efrony coming up sunday febuary 9th 15:00-16:30.
Mor Efrony is an Oslo based artist & musician with a yogi background (YTR 200 Yoga Alliance). She plays a collection of unique bells brought from her study trip to India mixed with electronica.
Through meditative sound & breath work she is inviting her audiences to expand the space within the body while exploring sonic sensation and gentle movement.
Practitioners (& none-practitioners) of all levels.
