The beginner's course is in full swing at Bergen Historiske Kampsportklubb!
Our prospective members are starting with footwork and the concept of the center line, while focusing on single sword fighting.
Our old members are getting experience teaching the new ones, along with refining their basic skill set.

Ever wanted to learn how to fight with swords?

Join us for a Historical Fighting beginner weekend in Bergen and take your first steps into the art of historical swordsmanship.

Whether you're interested in history, martial arts, fitness, or just trying something completely different, this course is designed for complete beginners. No previous experience is needed.

📅 Dates: 21–22 August
📍 Location: Vitalitetssenteret, Wolffs gate 12, Møhlenpris, Bergen
💰 Price: 300 NOK

During the weekend, you'll learn the fundamentals of historical sword fighting in a friendly and welcoming environment under experienced instructors. All necessary equipment is provided—just wear comfortable sports clothing, indoor shoes, and bring a water bottle.
