Vele weten al dat bij mij geen dag voorbij gaat zonder klassieke muziek. Dit in vele vormen - oude favoriete of nieuwe ontdekkingen, YouTube videoās, artikelen of podcasts over componisten of bepaalde meesterwerken.
En o wat was ik blij toen ik hoorde dat Frank De Munnik voor NPO Radio4 een hele podcast reeks ging toewijden aan J.S. Bach. Voor mij dus iedere dag een stukje Bach. Geweldig leuk om naar te luisteren!
En o wat was ik weer blij van de aflevering van 3 oktober waar de nieuwe CD van Marcel Worms werd gepresenteerd. En helemaal gelukzalig toen ik dit citaat van Marcel Worms hoorde:
āDe Fuga is een gesprek tussen verschillende stemmen die allemaal tot hun recht komen. Het publieke debat van anno 2019 zou hier een voorbeeld aan kunnen nemenā.
En zo is het! Luisteren en willen begrijpen is een kunst! Iets wat je kunt oefenen en klassieke muziek kun je daar uitstekend bij helpen.

In principle, nothing new in this article. And I love it! The only thing is that the outcome of this research can be considered reliable š.
Dear (self)leaders, introduce classical music into your daily existence and youāll excel at developing the skills and abilities mentioned in the article!
Emotional intelligence, listening, seeing how the smaller parts fit into a greater whole, creativity, knowing how to connect to your own potential and that of your team, inclusiveness and so on and so forth!

Just one week to go. 7 more days before I am finally able to welcome my guests at Embassy of the Free Mind in Amsterdam on 21 June.
