Going into September, the focus is on coaching and our members. As a coach, your skillset matters but what separates okay coaches from the best is the ability to build meaningful relationships, understand people, and create real trust.

MANA SPC™ is almost 6 months. What a crazy ride.

The last few months have flown by, but at the same time, it feels like SPC has been here for years. It genuinely feels like home.

We spent so long planning and preparing for this. Now we’re actually doing it. Building, learning, polishing the product, improving our coaching and raising the standard every day.

Most of all: the members and my team. Let’s keep building.

Vlogging again next week. Some big events and launches coming up.

July. Summer isn’t slow for us. We’re mapping out the next quarters ahead, coaching new members, testing our meals, and continuing to learn. While juggling the faterhood journey.

Taking a moment to decompress after two years of going full throttle. Onwards we go.

Currently back at 102kg.

From December to March I lost around 9kg. Some fat and muscle. I chose to eat less than normal and basically dropped one full meal a day. Training 1 or 2 sessions a week full body due to opening up MANA SPC™ and 100+ hours weeks.

Now building back up. Muscle memory is a good thing.

Pushing it a bit further while staying athletic. Feeling better by the day. Cardio pace always suffers a bit with the extra weight, but overall I feel good.

Founder, father, staying fit. It can be a juggle, but it’s doable. Banking muscle over the years makes it a lot easier though.
