Ruben Querinjean is taking the silver medal home! We were on the edge of our seats during the 3000m steeplechase. Ruben finished second in 8:25.61, Remi finished 7th 8:29.25. We’re so proud! 🤩

Lili Anna Vindics-Toth won the silver medal while sharpening her pb in the marathon. She crossed the finish line in 2:27:21. Well done Lili Anna 🤩

Gesa and Olivia took it home!! We’re so proud of our steeple girls! Gesa is European Champion with 9:12.69 and Olivia completed the podium with 9:15.33@for a third place!

At the KBC Nacht van de Atletiek our talents gave their all in front of the Belgian crowd and we’d love to share some highlights with you.
Paulien Couckuyt won the 300m hurdles in a new Belgian record of 38.66. ✨
Yavi won the steeplechase in 8:52.87 and Olivia Gürth finished second in 9:21.73
In the men’s 800m Nicholas Kebenei took the win in 1:44.93
In the 100m men Rivaldo Roberts finished second in 10.25 and Rani Rosius also finished second in 11.32
Timothy Herman threw his javelin 72m20 which was good for a third place.
Traditionally the Night of Athletics ends with 5000m races. Duncan Waweru finished second in 13:03.48
We’re already looking forward to next year’s edition!

Another year, another Meeting Liège!
We'd like to share some highlights of our talents:
Eliott Crestan ran the fastest Belgian time ever in the 600m in 1:13.53, in the same race Nicholas Kebenei finished second in 1:14.35.
Rani Rosius won the 100m in 11.18 after a long struggle with injury.
In the 1500m Abel Kipsang ran 3:35.71 and finished third.
Sh*to Gumi won the 5000m in a PB of 14:49.66 before Birkutan Molla who finished second in a PB of 14.51.39. In the 3000m steeple Hamze Dhabar finished third in 8:27.82, in the same race Silas Zahlten ran a new pb of 8:29.99

Over the past days some of our talents competed at in Rome.
ran a new Bahraini record in the 5000m of 14:30.06. The race was paced by Purity Chepkirui.
At the silver gala Lena Kandissounon finished 4th in the 800m in 2:00.38.

What a competion it was at the !
It’s always great to see our athletes shine in their home countries! A lovely win for in a PB paced by Judy Kemunto. *te_tshepo also won in front of the home crowd in 7:54.05 in the 3000m.

Yesterday the took place in Nairobi.
We had athletes competing in many different events and would like to share some highlights with you.
We’ll start of with the women:
In the 800m Nigist won in 1:58.79, Paulien Couckuyt finished 3rd in 55.47 in the 400mH, Rose Loga threw her hammer 75m19 good for a 2nd place.

Then we continue with the highlights of the men’s competition:
Rivaldo Roberts came in 2nd in the 100m in 10.12, in the 200m Claude Itoungue finished 3rd in 20.51, in the 1500m Reynold Cheruiyot ran 3:34.73 in the 1500m.

Well done to all our athletes and pacemakers and we’re so excited for the rest of the season!

Last weekend was road racing weekend!
We had athletes running in Zurich, Rotterdam, Valenciennes and South-Africa.
In Zurich Davis Kiplangat took the win in 2:09:03 followed by Vincent Rono in 2:10:36. The women's competition was won by Lydia Cheruto won in 2:28:25.
In Rotterdam Paskalia Chepkogei and Kenneth Kipkemoi both finished fourth in 2:24:34 and 2:04:21. We also had a lot of pacemakers securing and maintaining the pace of the marathon.
In Valenciennes Axumawit Embaye won the 10K in 30:31.
And to finish up Felix Masai won the Two Oceans half marathon in 1:03:17 in South Africa.
Well done to all our athletes who competed over the past weekend!
