Join Nadya this weekend, Saturday and Sunday, from 11:00 AM to 12:15 PM, for a special Inferno Hot Pilates Masterclass.

Nadya is a highly experienced Inferno Hot Pilates teacher who completed her Level 1 training in 2018, followed by Levels 2 and 3 with Gabi Walters. In addition to Pilates, she is a certified Barre and Reformer instructor with many years of teaching experience.

Beyond the studio, Nadya has organized her own wellness retreats and built a significant following as a wellness influencer. Before beginning her career in the wellness industry, she worked as a radio presenter and producer.

Having previously visited our studio as a guest teacher, we are delighted to welcome Nadya back for this special series of masterclasses.

Hot Yoga The Hague turns two today! 🎊🥳✨💫💖

How quickly the time—and the sweat—has flown by. Looking back, this studio is so much more than heat, mirrors, and mats; it has become a home, built entirely by the heartbeat of its community.

To every student who has graced our floor: thank you. You are the heartbeat of this space. To our incredible teachers (including our wonderful visiting teachers): your wisdom and passion illuminate every practice, holding the light we all need to evolve.

It has been a profound joy to witness our collective growth—through the heat, the challenges, and the quiet breakthroughs.

As we step into our third year, our hope is simply this: that we continue to rise together. Let’s keep breathing, supporting, and growing—both on the mat and in the beautiful lives we lead beyond it.

Let’s celebrate together at our Party Time this coming Saturday, September 12th, from 1–4 PM!

We are thrilled to welcome our next traveling teacher, Eva Mangold! 🔥💖

Originally from Austria, Eva began practicing Bikram Yoga in 2004 during her search for a practice that would keep her healthy. In her youth, a doctor predicted she would end up in a wheelchair as she aged because of a medical condition. Now 46, Eva feels healthier than ever; she continues to travel the world, sharing her knowledge and passion for yoga and movement. 💪💖

Eva completed the Original Bikram Hot Yoga Teacher Training in Thailand in 2014, followed by Yin Yoga Teacher Training in 2015. In 2019 she completed her Inferno Hot Pilates teacher training with Gabi Walter.

For more than a decade, Eva has shared her passion around the world and even opened her own studio in Bangkok, Thailand.

We are excited to have her with us from September 8 until the end of October 2026.
