And now we slowly start a new chapter in the Nederlands, keeping conected with the same purpose, bring people ways and tools to keep conected with

Pilates for men? Absolutely YES!
After all, the method was created by a man: Joseph Pilates. Long story short, by observing posture and movement patterns, he developed his technique using influences from boxing, swimming, gymnastics, and other disciplines to help the body work as an efficient, functional machine.
So yes... Pilates is definitely for men too!
