- AUDITION CALL FOR INTERNS -
IID COMPANY IS LOOKING FOR INTERNS FOR THEIR PRODUCTION FLAMINGO🦩
After Choreographer Remy Tilburg’s debut he is transforming Flamingo in a full length evening performance for a dutch tour.
We are seeking for dancers with a strong physical control that are artistically minded, authentic and who are conceptual movers with good musicality.
FLAMINGO
In Flamingo Tilburg creates a visually and physically powerful dance universe in which nature is given a voice. Dancers transform into mythical flamingo characters who together bring another reality to life. Flamingo is a poetic and contemporary performance about evolution and freedom. A dance fairytale for the 21st century, in which the fragile balance between humans and nature becomes tangible.

Remy Tilburg (choreographer) :
“ I created this scene for Hear_Me. Which is based on miscommunication. I took my inspiration of a scene in the classic movie : Rush Hour. Where there is a bold humoristic undertone of this aspect.
And where it perfectly translates how we misunderstand each other just only by words. And therefor we should all tune in more on our bodylanguages.
This short dialogue in the performance is a humoristic and physical trademark of mine. “
