🎽 Have you always wanted to give running a try?

📅 Come by at one (or more) of our open trainings on September 9, 14 and 16th!

💪 We’re an association that focuses on all levels, so don’t be afraid to give it a try, even if you have 0 experience. Sign up isn’t needed.

🍻 After training we’ll either have a drink in the canteen at PAC Atletiek or at De Smitse on Erasmus University Campus. The first drink is on us, so more reason to join !

❓ The board will be there to answer all your questions and help you sign up if you decide to become a member.

🚀 Comissary of Innovation & Relations (NEW!): Colin Feenstra – A brand new position this year! Focused on bringing new ideas, collaborations, and fresh energy to the association!

The end of the school year is approaching fast and we’d still like to celebrate that with all Roadrunners together. That is why we’re hosting a Roadrunners gala at The Lommerrijk.

Details:
- 5th of June 2026
- Start: 20:00 until 00:00
- Open bar all night
- Plus ones are welcome (bring your friends, partner or roommates, the more the merrier)
- Location: Het Lommerrijk, Straatweg 99, 3054 AB Rotterdam
- Dresscode: Gala Chique
- Prices: 40,00 for (former) members, 45,00 for non members
- Former members and donors are also welcome

What a weekend at the Batavierenrace 🏃‍♂️🔥

As our Race of the Month, 22 Roadrunners took on the challenge of the world’s largest relay race: covering a total of 180 km all the way from Nijmegen to the University of Twente in Enschede.

Running in different shifts throughout the day and night, every team member played their part ! While some were racing, others were cheering, driving the vans, or trying to catch a few hours of sleep in between 😅🚐🌙

A huge thank you to everyone who participated, supported, and helped organize this unforgettable weekend 🫶

We started the night at Pardoen for the GMA. From there we hopped on our bikes and made our way to De Dikke Mic for April’s activity of the month: karaoke 🎤

Naturally, that wasn’t enough, so we decided to level up and hit the arcade like absolute pros (or at least we thought we were). To wrap it all up, we ended the night at Jaffa.

Unfortunately, the night had one final plot twist… Colin took a fall off his bike and ended up with a broken hand 🏥 Definitely not the kind of souvenir you want from a night out, but hey, unforgettable doesn’t always mean perfect. Up to next months activity….

We are looking for motivated members to lead the association during the next academic year.
The following positions are open:

- President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Race Secretary
- External Relations/open function (This role will be divided between the President and Treasurer if no successor is found)

✨ You can apply for multiple positions!
✨ Applications are open to everyone, so both English and Dutch speakers. (However, the final board must include at least one Dutch speaker.)

NN Rotterdam Marathon weekend recap 🧡💚

Last weekend 8 of our members participated in the NN Rotterdam Marathon, 1 in the Duo Business Run and 18 completed the 10km 💪🏼

Afterwards a lot of our members cheered the marathoners and after this we ended the day together at Indian restaurant Atithi 🥘
