When in Sicily, caffè all day every day

Facilitating the training, health and care for our clients is a 24/7 responsibility. It doesn’t end when they leave the training facility.

It’s my responsibility to to make sure their day is organized with everything for their program training, nutrition and recovery.

I use my network and resources and to make sure they have the best of everything.

Well, with that being said… I am ready to smash these 1000cal on this bike today 🌞🥸
