SEPTEMBER IS FOR COLLABS 🔥🔥🔥

Apart from our monthly collab with Hilton Rotterdam we have some specials this month.

Waterdrop reached out to us to have a Saturday collab to launch their new flavour. (We’ll keep that a secret till then 😉) Expect an energetic social run with goodies, samples and a DJ providing us with the right Saturday energy.

Two weeks later we have a collab with OMW-runningclub for an afternoon and evening full of Caribbean flavours, music and vibes. 💃🕺

We are full on Rotterdam Marathon preparations with interval training by PainFree Coach - Yoni Sharp, our regular 5K social run and back from November as well are our Sunday Long Runs. Starting of easy with alternating 12K's and 18K's.

We run at a talk-able 6:30/km pace to keep it accessible to everyone.

No need to sign up or register anywhere. You just show up, have a run and see if you stay for some chitchat.
