Happy moments on a summer evening in Amsterdam. We were tasting their new menu. Well…no complaints! Especially the desserts, made by Sotiris that day, were so nice. Greek hospitality is not limited, so we experienced. Will be back, or in one of the other restaurants.

But first; Καφέ! Starting my day in the Jordaan. Vandaag een fietstocht richting Amsterdam-Noord.

Travelling through Mexico and Guatemala for 3 weeks, full of locals, food, sea, jungle, lakes, volcanoes, and cities like Valladolid and Antigua. Lost Mayan cities as well; Ek Balam, Yacxá and of course, Tikal. It was an amazing journey!
