Not only do they help provide comfort and stability during workouts, but they also contribute to the overall experience.

Behind every workout at ZES is a lot of thought, creativity and attention to detail.
Today at I’m looking for new equipment, props and inspiring ideas to make every training session even more immersive and enjoyable for my clients. I believe that movement should be more than just exercise-it should be an experience that engages the senses, sparks motivation, and makes people look forward to every session.

From the atmosphere and surroundings to the smallest details, I’m always searching for ways to create something special. Because when people feel inspired, connected and fully present, their workout becomes so much more than a workout.

Creating memorable experiences is one of the core values of ZES, and it’s a part of my work that I truly love.
