Dear dancers and especially not-yet dancers! The new year is approaching and with that a wave of you guys that want's to learn partner dancing (and obviously join us because we are the best association there is)! To give you a little introduction and teach you some basics so you can enjoy our introparty (11.09.26) even more, some of our members will teach you 4 dances in the first two weeks of september! On the tuesdays we focus on what we call social latin and on the thursdays on ballroom. We are looking forward to seeing many new faces there! Please sign up below if you are interested, so we know how many people to expect :) This is not a must but we greatly appreciate it!

✨ Leidance Kizomba Classes ✨
Dear Dancers! We are continuing the Kizomba classes 🎊 The absolutely amazing teachers from last semester are excited to start teaching again!

The classes start on the 𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 and are always in Studio 1 on 𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝟮𝟭:𝟬𝟬-𝟮𝟮:𝟬𝟬, usually with some music playing until 23:00, and we are looking forward to dancing with you all (again)! The classes are beginner friendly, and you don't need a partner.

The first time you can join without being a member to get a little taste and after that we have the option to sign up as a member for only €35. Due to the course structure we would love you to follow the whole course from the beginning, so you all can learn as much as possible and build each week onto your knowledge! So get out your danceshoes and join us!

New year, new members! For everyone, if old, young, experienced, or not: Leidance starts this year with their magical Introparty on *11.09.26, from 20:00 -0:30 at the USC*! Join us for this flowery fairytale of ballroom, salsa, bachata, and kizomba dancing, learn new moves with our beginners workshops from 20:00-20:30 and dance the night away! Get to know the community and our association and dancing of course! We are looking forward to welcoming many new and old faces!

*Workshop Couple positions* 💃
Drama on the dancefloor!!
7th of June Leidance is hosting a workshop by the amazing Monique & Damir! Between them they have a combined 13 National Championships under their belt, so we are super happy we get to host them for such an affordable student price! 🤩 The workshop will be about body positions (inside/outside, promenades, wing, fallaway etc.) and some lines in standard, to make sure you look as dramatic as possible on the dancefloor. There's an option to have (incredibly cheap😱) private classes afterwards, but there's only 8 half-hour spots so be quick!

*🌈 Color Bingo Party 🎨*
Yesssss, finally, Leidance is organizing another amazing ballroom party! 💃This time we ask everyone to wear a color of the rainbow. Why, you ask? Well, first of all, it will be so much fun to see a dancefloor full of colors! ❤️🧡💛💚💙 But perhaps more importantly, so you can fully participate in our color bingo! During our color bingo, you try to dance with different people dressed in different colors, to collect them all on your bingocard and if you're fast, win a prize! 🏆 And in preparation for ETDS, you can join a discofox workshop beforehand, to keep up with our German competition 😉

Keep running into people on the dancefloor? Unsure how to adapt your figures to the space? Worry no more! The amazing Matthijs & Julia are giving a workshop in Improvisation on the dancefloor, to make sure you can shine on a busy dancefloor. Best to bring a dancepartner, as it's for both leads and follows, but if you're alone we can match up too 😉.
