Frequently asked question .... where are the TRIBAL boards produced?

Instead of using other big and well-established board factories, we have chosen to work with a smaller custom board factory in Thailand to guarantee good craftsmanship and quality in our products.

On top of that Peter and Chris travel to the factory on a very frequent basis to check on production and manufacturing processes, and to measure each board for accuracy and quality to make sure they are up to our high standards. They also transport the boards back to the Netherlands and Perth respectively themselves to ensure they'll arrive safe and sound.

LIBERO has been designed with a pintail for snap turns and low wake generation, resulting in lower drag. The slightly increased length (237cm) results in a longer available waterline through the critical mid section of the board, for superior low speed performance, stability through chop, lull gliding, and gybing exit. The resulting lower impact angles provide a naturally smooth, controlled trim in rough conditions, allowing significantly higher efficiency and comfort for the conditions.

Vanmiddag heerlijk gewindsurfd op het Lauwersmeer. Het waaide harder dan verwacht waardoor de KA Killer 3.7 erop kon. Even wennen na zo lange tijd van weinig wind.
