Code Red and CrossFit. We know that for many of you, your CrossFit session is important, and missing it can be unsettling. While classes are maintained, we will be putting in place a heat protocol.
We’d rather you have an easy session and come back tomorrow than push through and end up in trouble. Our coaches are briefed and will be keeping an eye on everyone and each other.

MEET COACH LUCA 👋
You know Coach Luca from her bright smile and positive energy, her hard work in front of the board or whenever she joins class herself. Coach Luca believes movement is for everyone and loves seeing the community support each other inside and outside the gym.
Luca didn’t grow up as an athlete. Before coaching, she spent years as a researcher and lecturer in higher education, only discovering training later in life. That journey shaped her belief that it is never too late to get stronger, move better, and feel good in your body.
Today, she combines her passion for mobility, women’s health, gymnastics, and CrossFit to help people build strength with confidence.
Vegan-powered, endlessly curious, and always learning 🌱 Still working toward one big goal: a strict bar muscle-up, while balancing being a mom and personal trainer as well.
Feel free to ask her about mobility tips or plant-based food ideas, she is always happy to share.
