We welcome Kerry Reinking again to our studio in Haarlem with another loved "Sunday workshop" with asana, pranayama and philosophy. This time we go deeper into the Yama of "Ahimsa" and how non-violence/non-harming comes up in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and how to bring that awareness into our yoga practice and out into the world :)
