We hope to see you at our practices!! History of Ultimus Prime:
Ultimate Frisbee in the Hague started in 1990 with
The Haagse ULtimate Klub (HULK). HULK initially enjoyed a flourishing period of ultimate
but this unfortunately came to an end in 2002. After a relatively quiet period a group of people picked it up again in 2006 and slowly grew into a solid group of about 20 people attending national competitions and tournaments. We manage to keep growing each year and hope to maintain this growth in the future! Although Ultimus Prime (UP) is a small club,
we participate in national competitions and tournaments
(both in Holland and abroad). Ultimus Prime organizes some tournaments like ladies lighthouse classics
and Monsterball our beach ultimate tournament, which originated on the beach in Monster, but has changed to the beach in Kijkduin. We welcome all players from beginners to advanced. There are two practices a week and a pickup game, either on the beach or in the park. We also like to organize other activities such as holiday celebrations, after practice drinks, parties and pancake nights. Hope to see you soon!!
