As always, I really enjoyed the IIC, learning from the Grandmasters and Masters and meeting up with my Taekwon-do buddies from the Netherlands, Ireland and other countries as well :)

Celebrating the female Taekwon-Do practitioners who took part in the 193rd IIC in Limerick from 26 to 28 June. A powerful few days of training, learning, connection, and martial arts spirit — showcasing the strength, skill, dedication, and passion of women in Taekwon-Do.
