Yes! The Pop Up Yoga Classes will start again! Though we start a little different this year: we start with a 3 week course to get back to your practice. Every Sunday until end of May we practice together at ‘Kop van Oost’, at the water side, with a small course designed to bring you back to your practice. There is optional homework included to stay connected and to increase the benefit of the practice. There is very limited space (10 people max) so to ensure yourself a spot, sign up soon! • 10 MINUTE LEG UP THE WALL SEQUENCE •
I hope you are all doing well. As I mentioned earlier I will be sharing more and more videos and sequences you can easily do from home. Of you haven’t done the videos 65-minute towards full split or the 30-minute sweaty power class, go check them out .
For today I love to share one of my favorite restorative leg up the wall routine. It takes about 10 minutes and it’s great to prepare for night time or after an intense workout / yoga practice. This sequence helps to calm down the nervous system, drop the heart rate and bring you into a relaxed state. Hold each pose for about 2 minutes. Don’t push or force, just allow all tension to release.
