Friday training done! 💪🏾 Just 5 different instructors from 5 different schools training. No ego. As it should be. Today the usual of combinations and body hardening and ending with proper stress drills with multiple attackers. Today was a good day.

Another friday done and DONE. Training more than "just" the clean techniques but with a focus on aggression/fighting mindset in different "What-if" scenarios. Using more than just single attacks and the clean/obvious curriculum work. And as always starting with fighting combinations and ending with some krav maga sparring. 💪🏾💪🏾

We are BAACK! First training of the season. Proper sparring and testing techniques under pressure. 3 instructors from 3 different schools. No ego just hard training 💪🏾💪🏾. This is how it should be. Working together for one common goal.

Today we had the privilege of teaching a 2 hour fightclass workshop during the .nl instructor update. We taught a very easy framework of how to build up a lesson on krav maga sparring and why we think it is so important. Hopefully this is not the last time we get to do this. It was an honour!
