Zondag 13 september was weer de eerste pre-selectietraining na de zomervakantie. We zijn opgestart met een grote enthousiaste groep met tuls, basis en sparren. Bedankt aan GM Zondag, Sabum Otto, Sabum Rico, Boosabum Winodj, Boosabum Dylan en alle pre-selectieleden die ondersteund hebben met lesgeven!

🥋 Laatste selectietraining voor de zomerstop! ☀️💦

De warmte hield ons niet tegen. Met een klein groepje, maar een enorme dosis inzet en teamspirit, hebben we er weer een sterke training van gemaakt.

Bij de tuls lag de focus op de kleine details: de positie van handen en voeten, elkaar feedback geven en samen blijven groeien. Natuurlijk hebben we ook de benen flink aan het werk gezet voor nóg krachtigere en mooiere traptechnieken. 🦵🔥

Tijdens het sparren begonnen we met flink afzien op de kussens. Daarna werkten we gericht aan de aandachtspunten van iedere deelnemer, afgewisseld met verschillende sparringsrondes. En alsof dat nog niet genoeg was… sloten we de training af met een laatste knalsessie op de kussens! 💥

ITF Master Class – June 13, 2026

What an inspiring and educational day it was! During the ITF Master Class, there was plenty of training, learning, and of course, a lot of hard work and sweat. Participants went home with new insights, techniques, and plenty of motivation to continue growing.

A special thank you to GM Nicholls and Master Cornwell for sharing their knowledge, experience, and passion. We would also like to express our appreciation to the Dutch ITF team for their dedication and efforts behind the scenes, which helped make this event possible.
