CLOSING CEREMONY
On Saturday evening, May 17th, we wrapped up the Dutch Sailplane Grand Prix in style with a festive closing ceremony to mark the end of an unforgettable week. Congratulations to Dutch Sailplane Grand Prix winners:

But it’s not just Tijl who qualified for the finals in St-Auban— Peter Millenaar also flew a fantastic race and secured his spot as well! He finished the last day in fourth place, but his overall points earned him second place overall! We congratulate Peter on his qualification for the competition and wish him the best of luck!

WHAT A DAY IT WAS!! On the final day of the competition, Tijl emerged as the day’s winner and secured first place in the Dutch Sailplane Grand Prix! With this victory, Tijl qualifies for the finals of the FAI Sailplane Grand Prix, which will be held at St Auban Airfield from August 24 to 30, 2025. We congratulate Tijl on his win and wish him the best of luck in the finals!
