Meet ASHWIN VAN DER KAMP 🦅
Team Manager

From the trenches to the sideline – Ashwin van der Kamp embodies what it means to be a Falcon. 💪

As a defensive end, Ashwin was part of the 2025 unbeaten championship team that lifted the Orange Bowl. Over the past seasons, he proved himself through relentless work ethic, discipline, and dedication. A reliable force on the D-line and an example for younger players, Ashwin showed what perseverance and true Falcon spirit look like. 🔥

While obligations off the field mean he won’t return as a player this season, we are proud to keep him in the family. Ashwin joins the staff as our new Team Manager, ensuring that players and coaches can focus 100% on football – free of distractions.

"Ashwin has offered his service for the falcons as Player the last year's. His support as Teammanager is as important as a coach. With his effort to help on and off the field, we get even closer to be as Pro as Possible."

Meet DYLAN VON GERHARDT 🦅📊
Analyst & Quality Control

Dylan is a wide receiver by trait and a true student of the game. After an injury forced him to step away from playing, he moved to Arnhem and shifted his focus to coaching – starting on offense before making the move to defense.

Now, Dylan is back with the Falcons as Analyst and Quality Control Coach, ready to support the team wherever he can. His eye for detail and deep knowledge of the game make him a valuable addition to the staff.

🗣️ Coach Heister (HC):
"Dylan was the coach I was looking for already back in 2018. During his time with the Falcons, he achieved a very good standing with the players. I'm excited to have him on board, that will improve our film and preparation a lot!"

Meet MICHEL VAN RIJSWIJCK 🦅
Linebacker Coach

Born in Nijmegen, but a Falcon through and through – Michel van Rijswijck is someone who truly breathes Arnhem American Football. Since day one, he has been connected to the Arnhem Falcons.

As a player, Michel built his reputation on blood, sweat, and true “ground & pound” football. He became one of the Netherlands’ top running backs, with experience both in the national league and internationally with the Dutch Lions.

In 2025, Michel led the Falcons as Head Coach to the First Division Championship. Now, heading into the 2026 season, he returns in a new role as Linebacker Coach, joining a strong staff that is ready to push the bar even higher.

“Coach Michel has been with the Falcons for a very long time. From playing to coaching to being a board member. I have a lot of respect for what he puts in and I like to see how he impacts the LB room. Because of his experience he can teach every position. Now he can really focus on getting our LBs to a new level!”

Michel stands for discipline, old-school work ethic, raw intensity, strength, footwork, and above all – heart for the club. A man of the old stamp: who he was, who he is, and who he will always be – an Arnhem Falcon. 🔥
