Typical day of eating to easily lose fat without any hunger.
☕️Fast in the morning, just water and coffee.
🍳Omelet of 5 eggs with veggies, and some yogurt on the side.
🐣 A giant chicken salad.
🥘 Ground beef beans/potato yogurt veggies.
